Sunday 5 July
Good morning and welcome to this latest online service from Stanmore Chapel. We're thrilled that you've joined us!
Re-opening at the Chapel
Churches are now allowed to re-open for services and we are planning to do so from next Sunday, 12 July, for our 10.30 gathering. However we are very conscious that not everyone will be able to join us - and for some it will sadly be wiser not to for the time being. So we will continue to provide services like this online in the coming weeks.
If you are considering coming then please know that it will certainly not be a return to normal service. We take seriously our responsibility to care for one another and our community by adhering to the government guidance. Doing so will necessitate things being very different initially.
To help explain how things will work we have produced a write up of 'what to expect' which we would encourage you to read. And please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. (We have also drawn up a risk assessment for re-opening.)
Please be praying during this week that the Lord would guide and protect us in all this and that he might use our times together - whether in person or apart - to build us up as his people, for his greater glory.
